MY STORY

I first experienced an anxiety attack when I was 8 years old.

I felt helpless, weak and terrified. Thankfully over time they slowly disappeared.

My anxiety attacks started again when I was 21 years old. I honestly thought I was going to die.

It was that moment I realised something wasn’t right.

I wanted to understand what was happening, to feel better and most importantly I wanted to help others.

From 2012 I began reading every self help book I could get my hands on but it was finding yoga that really changed my life for the better. So much so that I decided to dedicate my time and energy becoming a yoga teacher.

I teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga inspired by dance, music and mindfulness. I have developed my classes around what has helped heal my mind and body from the ups and downs of modern life.


It is never too late to start to feel better. If I could turn back time I wish I was kinder to my 8 year old self.
